Façade Restoration
It is natural for the façade of your building to lose some of its shine over time.
This can happen either due to natural wear and tear or exposure to weather and the external environment.
We use specialized detergents that are capable of cleaning the glass and restore some of the natural shine, without changing the particular glass.
This of course, is much more cost effective when compared to changing the glass.
An important aspect of façade cleaning is the health and safety of the window cleaners.
Before commencement of any service, we ensure our cleaners are insured and aware of health and safety regulations.

Façade Cleaning
Our staffs are trained in cleaning different types of surfaces such as glass, plastic, stone, concrete, etc.
Undergoing training program ensures better quality service, use of appropriate chemicals, increased efficiency, and prevents any long-term damage.
Access Equipment Variance
Our staff is trained to use different equipment required for façade cleaning such as scaffolding, spider-man technique (hanging rope), cradle, platforms, etc.

The lack of requirement for time-consuming and expensive equipment like scaffolding or plant or other access methods makes rope access the most economic mode of access by far in many situations.
Rope access is as effective on clad buildings as on those with recessed or protruding features such as windows and balconies, and of course, it is ideal for towers that are too big for conventional access methods.

Safety and adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act are constant and consistent goals of our company.
In accordance with this commitment, every precaution is taken to provide a safe workplace and environment.
All the employees are consistently encouraged to begin their days at work with safety consciousness.
- Accident reporting: Any injuries at work, no matter how small, are reported immediately to the supervisor, investigation and proper first aid is accordingly administered to circumvent serious conditions arising from small but poorly treated or untreated injuries.
- Specific safety rules and guidelines: to ensure employees’ safety, that of their coworkers and people in the vicinity of the work place, employees are urged to observe and obey the Worksite Procedures.
- Safety Checklist: It’s every employee’s responsibility to be on the lookout for possible hazards and for their and others well being in relation to their work and work environment. If one identifies any possible hazardous condition or situation, they should immediately report it to the supervisor.
PPE
the supervisor ensures that employees receive protective clothing and equipment required for a specific job and they use it as instructed
and take care of it.
Employees are only charged for loss or destruction of these articles when it occurs through negligence.
Good housekeeping
the work location should be kept clean and orderly.
